However, if after seeing the product it is not what you expected, you have 15 calendar days to make any exchange or return rate as long as the packaging and the item are in perfect condition.

After notifying us the return, you will have to send the products to be returned. You can choose the shipping method you want, but always make sure that the product returns to the warehouse in perfect condition.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. If you want our carrier to pick up the package, notify us in the mail, so that we can give a collection order. The cost of the return postage will be deducted from the amount of the return. Once our warehouse has received the order, we will refund you, in the original form of payment you used, the price of the items plus taxes. Shipping costs of the order placed will not be refunded .

Refunds are processed between 3 and 7 business days from the date of receipt of the item in our warehouse.

For international shipments we cannot offer exchanges only returns.
